If a pick up suburb is included on the listing then this item is available for pickup. Please note however that our warehouses are not really set up for retail customers so orders need to be processed prior to collection and the warehouse needs some time to get your order ready for despatch. We are not open on the weekends and pick up can only be arranged during business hours. The pickup address will be provided after checkout.
We know you will be keen to receive your order as quickly as possible. Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your consignment and to notify you of the estimated delivery date. A mobile number is preferred if available.
Our carriers require a phone number for each delivery. We can not book your delivery unless you have provided us with a valid daytime phone number.
We work with our suppliers to strengthen packaging and make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in good condition. And as these are mostly very large and bulky items, we send them with specialist furniture carriers. These carriers are often smaller independents that require longer timeframes to deliver orders, compared to large commercial carriers with a large fleet, as the independent carriers take the item themselves for the whole journey.
Consignments are tracked where possible and the tracking number will be provided following order processing.
